So, USA Tech Companies have pledged to invest in the UK.

They do so knowing it is profitable; Trump is campaigning for them not to be taxed; what proportion of the tax not paid is calculated in their investment?

Phang: The South Koreans are here to help build, to help train, to help get this thing up and running so 8,500 Americans can have jobs. But no — the Trump administration, the dumbasses with their heads so far up their asses when it comes to immigration, are just sitting there rounding people up…

If you're in London today, then there's plenty of opportunities to show Mr Trump that he's not welcome.

If you miss the march, then come along to the rally in Parliament Square at 5 instead and make some noise.

Badenoch is a spineless craven narcissist but her predecessors need to take so so much of the blame.

They turned the Tories into a radical right-wing party.

They purged the moderates and turned their party in a poor imitation of Farage. This is their mess.

This looks less like a mistake
“Farage claimed last year to have “bought a house” in his constituency but the property is actually owned in the name of his partner, meaning he legally avoided higher-rate stamp duty on the purchase of an additional home – given he already owns other properties”

Where is the Minister responsible? Getting more water sponsored freebies?
England’s water companies have 1,135 criminal convictions.

United Utilities 205; Thames Water 187.

They dump sewage into rivers; directors not prosecuted; fleece customers; pay dividends.

What if you had 1,135 criminal convictions?

Why the UK is a two-tier society where money wields power
Laws and policies are crafted to give the appearance of sternness and fairness, but are rarely fully enforced on corporations and the rich.

Anyone with Twitter and BlueSky accounts should delete the Twitter account.
Move the comms to BlueSky. Don’t sit on Musk’s fence.
A couple of words on the ‘BlueSky is dying’ story going around. The one thing we *shouldn’t* be doing is trying to recreate the ‘golden age’ of Twitter on here. That time has passed. This should be different, and I hope we’ve learned from it. Numbers aren’t everything.
