As a long-time admirer of Alice Wong, I’m heartbroken and a bit shaken by her passing. 😢💔

You never think your heroes are going to die, and she was truly a Wonder Woman here on Earth. Alice, you will forever be missed and loved by me and countless others.

Rest in power!

This isn’t new. When Nikki Glaser hosted the Golden Globes, she made jokes about serial rapist and abuser Diddy.

Nikki found humor in the fact that R. Kelly is a pedophile. She wouldn't do this to Harvey Weinstein victims. White women rape victims are seen as more worthy of humanity and respect.

Though I feel for James Van Der Beek, he is struggling to pay for cancer treatment, partly due to his own ableism.

He thought he could treat his colon cancer symptoms w/ diet changes, only ppl w/ sedentary lifestyles get cancer, and he's married to an anti-vaccine “health and wellness influencer.”

Folks are only offended bc Megyn Kelly was talking about white teenage girls.

We saw Megyn Kelly say an innocent 15-year-old Black teenage girl, Dajerria Becton, kneed in the back by a racist white cop was “no saint either.” Where was the outrage then?

Megyn was rewarded with an NBC talk show.

I’ll never deny any woman’s experience of exploitation and abuse. But white feminists and liberals have been trying to paint Melania Trump as a hostage for almost a decade.

#FreeMelania happened before Jeffrey Epstein was exposed. White women’s victimhood = no accountable for being harmful.

The gag is that the co-founder of Moms For Liberty railed against LGBTQ+ discourse in public schools. Yet, she and her husband were investigated for sexually assaulting a woman!

They are frauds who were finally exposed.

Believe it or not there are people do go the Kim Kardashian route of bypassing law school to become lawyers.

The difference is many of those people are doing it bc they can’t afford law school

Theyre not uneducated billionaires trying to legitimize their public image of being famous for no reason.

Boeing currently handled that specific aircraft, which underwent serious maintenance last month. Boeing was responsible for that service.

How Karamo is behaving now (classist and desperate for white approval) serves as no shock to us who peeped game over 20 years ago.

It's interesting how he critiques 'To Catch a Predator' as problematic and racist. However, he struggles to see the misogynoir and anti-Blackness in his talk show.
November 5, 2025 at 9:38 AM
Too many confuse being pro-Black with being pro-Black man at the expense of Black women, which is what Karamo represented on the Real World.

Watching him flirt with known racist Andy Cohen on #WWHL affirmed it. The main targets of his racism are BW and he has been sued for racial discrimination.

It's clear that a white writer wrote this. Olivia Dean, a mixed-race British artist, is bringing soul to Gen Z. How? When CoCo Jones, Ari Lennox, Tems, and Kirby Lauryen are right there!

Outside of #Halloween, I love #cosplaying and going to cons. This was me at Blerdon as Storm aka Ororo Munroe of The X-Men.

Halle Berry played Storm. She is disabled, too. She has hearing loss and uses hearing aids due to domestic violence. She’s the 1st Black woman to win the Best Actress Oscar.

Zelda Wynn Valdes was the 1st Black woman to own a boutique in Manhattan.

She created the iconic Playboy Bunny suit and designed dresses for Dorothy Dandridge, Eartha Kitt, Josephine Baker, Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin, Ruby Dee, and Gladys Knight.

My #Halloween costume was a tribute to her!

One #Halloween I paid homage to Eartha Kitt with my Catwoman costume.

She was the first Black actress to play #Catwoman on a Batman television series. Also, she was a civil rights activist and was blacklisted in Hollywood for speaking out against the Vietnam War.

BONUS: I met LeVar Burton that same #Halloween night at Lincoln Theatre.

It was at a live taping of his LeVar Burton Reads podcast. There were a bunch of Trekkies there who mistook my #Beyonce costume with J.Lo. 🤦🏿‍♀️

He was the only one who could tell I was paying homage to Bey. LOL 😂

One of my favorite Halloween costumes was when I dressed up as the disabled Beyoncé!

As a wheelchair user, I struggled with confidence and body image issues. I used to listen to self titled and Lemonade by #Beyonce as a confidence boost.

Last #Halloween, I wore a Megan Thee Stallion, aka Tina Snow, costume.

The leading cause of #disability is #mentalillness. She’s been open about her #depression + being suicidal. Meg’s helping domestic violence victims and those w/ mental illness with her nonprofit, Bad Bitches Have Bad Days, Too!

I am not suggesting proof is needed to show that these women are abuse victims. I am not comfortable imposing that narrative knowing that it’s been used to make conservative women less culpable for being complicit in white supremacy.

Halloween is my favorite holiday! 🎃👻🍁🍂

Sadly, I’m sick and isolating at home. I’ve used my costumes to pay homage to Black or disabled women who have made history like Tina Turner. We both had kidney transplants.

Here are some of my favorite #Halloween costumes over the years. #disability

It’s rich that Usha Vance is being portrayed as a victim when she knowingly married and had kids with a racist white man.

They attempted to do the same thing with the 'Free Melania Trump' hashtag. Why is it hard to believe that these women are just as problematic and choose to be with these bigots?

I’m back in #cancer treatment.

After 10 years in remission, my lymphoma has returned. In less than 48 hours, I had a biopsy, a second blood transfusion, and my first IV infusion of immunotherapy. I may feel weak, but I’m not defeated. If I beat this a decade ago, I can do it again.

Wish me luck!

Keep in mind that the employee who sued Paula Deen for racial discrimination was Lisa Jackson, a white woman.

Be like Lisa.

She blew the whistle on Deen’s racism against Black employees, n-word use, and her desire for a plantation themed wedding for her son with Black servers as enslaved people.

I’ve been ill for months, MIA for weeks, and struggling to keep it together. But, I recently got a blood transfusion and I’m on the mend. I’m thankful to the donor and encourage everyone to donate blood.

You can schedule your blood donation by visiting www.redcrossblood.org/local-homepa...

Ray was a larger-than-life person with a big personality who cared about improving the conditions for people with disabilities. Rest in paradise, Ray! 🕊️👨🏾‍🦼‍➡️🕯️

Rolling Ray wanted to work together on transportation justice and inaccessibility and suggested taking the issue to the blogs and media. We were both wheelchair users in the DMV who had been through the same thing.
