so i just started adult beginner’s ballet, but i’ve actually taken a ton of beginner’s classes throughout my life and across the country. the teacher i have right now is the first one to break down the actual anatomy of the basic moves and how/where i should FEEL them in my body. 🤯

forced myself to make coffee and breakfast for myself for once before sitting down to serve breakfast to my baby. i find it so interesting that i’m struggling with self-care as a mother, even though i was determined not to before she was born. hmmm!
