That's a pretty misleading headline MS NOW. The district is probably 90% rural and only 10% Nashville due to gerrymandering. I don't consider this a Nashville area house seat because of that and I doubt many others do as well.

What makes this case different than the case in Texas? Federal courts are fucked up if they come to differing opinions on the same issue - gerrymandering strictly on race. Why can't NC go straight to the Supreme Court?
