250 years ago today the people of Tryon County (modern day Lincoln and Rutherford Counties), North Carolina vowed to preserve "those Rights & Liberties which the principles of our Constitution and the Laws of God Nature & nations have made it our Duty to Defend." If only we all would today.

Blue state law enforcement should arrest ICE, DHS, FBI or DOJ agents seizing people in their jurisdictions without constitutional or statutory authority on kidnapping or other state charges. If we have to litigate the constitutionality let's send the message that federal agents are also at risk.
