2/ 2.のファイル改竄終了は既にトランプと共和党関係者の名前の削除はFBIによって5月に終了したという隠しビデオでのFBIエージェントの発言があるが、その後、膨大なファイルのタイムスタンプや内容の整合性まで完全に改竄出来たかというと余程の人数と専門家を投入しないと難しいだろう。で、1.で開示になれば3.が一番可能性が高いが、その場合は全ファイルの議会決議に対してトランプ側の部分開示という主張にムリがあるので訴訟になるだろうね。トランプとしては議会との対立は避けて、訴訟で時間稼ぎというところかも知れない。
