I wonder if miyamoto was remembering the time they were doing the satellaview FAMICOM thing with BS Zelda; Ancient Stone Tablets, which definitely had very direct strokes of "communication" as a theme in that experimental game.

This sounds mostly like a limitation on your computer's RAM? Habe alot of that with a new computer. I regularly run discord + two browsers with waaaaaaaay too many tabs open at once (one is chromium, so obvs it is a tradeoff of value...) but i at most have only run into minor visual glitches

I think honestly? The Zelda team, and Zelda games, have long-term suffered THE most from listening to fan feedback for every game (I continue to question TotK's bringing the Zonia to the forefront as dev-original ideas and not them being deeply influenced by hyper-popular Zelda theorist-tubers)
