physical therapist said I’m doing really well for being less than a month post-injury and he doesn’t anticipate I’ll have any issues walking around Italy in a few weeks !!!

on our hike yesterday i really tested the capacity limits of the pockets on my outdoor voices leggings, good news is some of the pockets are big/stretchy enough to hold my binoculars so at any point in the hike i could stop and get a real good look at all the cool birds
