You can really tell when I started in on wegovy. So much more work to do, but I’m keeping my muscle and predominantly losing fat. I don’t enjoy doing the work sometimes, but I’m doing it anyway.

Day 60 parts 1 and 2- did my morning cardio strength workout and I’m looking forward to my evening yin yoga workout tonight. I probably pushed too hard during the first set and then nausea hit towards the end. A lot of the workout was exercise ball and balance focused. I didn’t enjoy that :(

Day 59- morning barre class workout. The meds are still fucking with me, but in doing my best to just keep going anyway. It was nice to look out the windows in the studio and watch the new blossoms on the trees.

Day 58 parts 1 and 2- did a cardio strength workout with @hungriestclone and then a yin yoga class. I still was feeling off, but I got through them both.

Day 55 part 1 and 2- the nausea is still present but it didn’t really kick in until the end of my morning cardio strength class. My ability is not where I was before, but it was better than yesterday. Looking forward to the yoga class tonight. Hopefully it’ll decrease the soreness in my lower back.

Day 54- nausea and dizziness hit me hard halfway through my barre workout and I never figured things out again. Today was a tough one.

Day 53- gentle yoga was actually more of a flow yoga class and had a bit of a challenge today! Went to a place that I don’t normally go to since it’s on the other side of town from our house. I’d do this class again if it wasn’t in the middle of the day :(

Day 52 parts 1 and 2- Cardio strength class was challenging. Cardio was mixed into the lifting sets and it was a rough one for me. My heart rate was in a good place though! Far more consistently in zone 3. I worked hard. Yin yoga was great to help my recovery.

Day 50 parts 1 and 2- I didn’t start my watch for the 1st half of the strength training session. I lifted heavier and felt it afterwards in my triceps and shoulders. Evening yin yoga was restorative after pushing strength in the morning. I started blood pressure meds the night before and got dizzy 😵‍💫

Day 48 parts 1 and 2- morning cardio strength (with too much ab focus for me which led to ab cramping up underneath my ribs and resting in an attempt to uncramp) followed by evening yin yoga class. I wasn’t a huge fan of this workout.

Day 47 parts 1 and 2- evening cardio strength followed by yin yoga. Again, I wasn’t at 100% physically but I put in the effort.

Day 46- early morning strength training class had my heart rate pumping. I had a migraine by the end of the day so I wasn’t able to go to evening yoga. I went to bed for 11 hours instead.

Day 44 parts 1 and 2- Solo strength cardio class on Sunday morning. This was a bit more relaxed than I’d like to be moving forward but my body just wasn’t into it. Evening was yin yoga class which was relaxing and stretchy.

Day 42 part 1 and 2- I was still off kilter from traveling, but made it to a strength cardio and yin yoga class. It wasn’t my best effort, but it’s better than nothing!

Day 41- my brother took me to an alpha class at Lifetime fitness. While the place is too rich for my blood, I really put in a lot of work. We worked out in the morning and then spent the day having fun together before seeing Wicked in the evening.

Day 38 part 1 and 2- I was knocked out with a migraine and missed a day of gentle yoga. So here’s the next day’s cardio strength. I thought that I’d go and half ass it to avoid another headache but that’s not what happened. The instructor was impressed. Also, followed immediately by yin yoga.

Day 37 part 1 and 2- strength training at oh god thirty is exhausting. I did it though! Despite having no cardio focus, my heart rate was mostly in zone 3. Evening yin yoga helped to work out some of the tenseness in my muscles and relax after a brutal morning. I started feeling sore immediately 🤣

Day 36- gentle yoga in the evening. It’s not intense work, but it’s inner focus and relaxation time so I enjoy it. The Monday evening instructor has a total drill instructor voice so I find it funny sometimes that she teaches the “gentle” class.
