I came back to the gym as a sober man in Jan’24, having ended a relapse in Nov’23
I made progress for 6 months, then my dad died and I got very stressed and sick. I took almost 3 months off
I returned in Oct and have been bulking for Dec. It’s been a rough year but I’m happy with what I achieved
