Used to work with intoxicated adults, now, a professional child and youth worker. My best QoL hack thus far. My weapons of choice; screwdriver & soldering iron.
It is by far the most used soldering iron I have, can't recall the last time I fired up any of the soldering stations. I guess I could sell them, but hey, can never have enough soldering equipment, right?!

Good for you man, keep at it! For me the most important parts have been cutting sugar to a minimum and stop eating before I'm full. My "cheat days" are on hard HIIT/long runs(20K+) days, icecream galore hehe

Child at work, still in diapers struggling with constipation, parents put them on (too much) Movicol... Only place with no nutella was their head. "Ok kid, lets head to the showers, let me grab a couple extra gloves and large plastic bags" I'm not usually phased by excrements, but, yeah..

Yep, always had several spares of those. Not had one fail yet, but, a few months ago one of the SAS expanders failed. Got up and running with the extra LSI cards I had, but you better believe I bought a couple extra expanders when that happened.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_C... So, of course the above had to happen, right?! A tv series based on the above, called "The Sticky", came out last year.

So, why not have these projects in your actual office/lab upstairs? Well, funny you should ask, it's not like it too is filled with unfinished projects?! No no, that would be ridiculous. Honestly though, priorities changed dramatically after the heart attack last year, physical health prio 1.

Having lived decades with chronic arthritis it's interesting how the brain tunes, over time, to what is "normal pain", where you are still functional. And that glorious feeling when you kick your toe/knee or happen to cut a finger while making dinner.. ahhh.. different kind of pain, nice!

Today's run, forecast held true so far, not been below freezing since yesterday morning. Flood and avalanche warnings in many regions of Norway. Back to another wet winter I guess, at least we had a few weeks of winters of yore.
