all this to say ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF. it took a decade to discover my anemia. if i let people chalk it all up to me being fat i would probably be on my way to a heart attack in 2-4 years

the headaches, nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue, cold sensitivity, tingling hands and feet - it’s ALL explained (and guess what it’s not because i’m fat 🤪)
now to go to an OBGYN and see how to stop the bloodletting organ causing all of this
