I forgot the name of this yesterday but remembered after seeing your post:

Wrapping in

for output across columns rather than as rows

e.g.

=TRANSPOSE(IMPORTXML(A2,"//link[@hreflang]/@href"))

This might possibly work if they have 5 particular properties in mind right now, rather than a regional average.

Also feels like "a £250,000 property will cost £250,000" would be an acceptable answer.
