Who amongst us hasn't spent 6 years looking for the perfect site for a one of a kind city project only to find it right next to where we grew up and currently live? Lol
But also this guy doesn't seem to know anything about architecture. He's just doing a postmodern rejection of modernism.

Oh Republicans are ending deferment on student loans for people who lost their job or who are experiencing economic hardship. AND they're raising the cost of student loans in general.

The second study is of 3 Indian villages that have significant variations in population literacy rates and income and the IQ results line up with income and literacy rates exactly like you would expect. It even says they didn't control for that in the study.
