I’ve been doing therapy virtually since COVID and then my therapist moved so it took away the option of IRL with him. But, I kind of love it. I get to set a vibe, light candles and play 3 Stacks flute album - very healing. Today I stepped it up by sitting under my heated blanket and lemme tell you 😍

and the wife texted me today to check and make sure I got home safely and then we chatted about some wild work shit that happened today. It was so sweet 🥹
