Infants can't be vaccinated until age 1.

Antivaxers are spreading measles in maternity wards, doctor's offices and daycares RIGHT NOW.

Call these care/service providers and ask them what they're doing about THAT.

This will impact every single newborn/infant, including those from parents who believe in vaccination. Children don't get vaxed until 1 year of age. Have friends, family that want children? They're baby will be at risk of measles if they take that child anywhere, including in the maternity ward.

Every single newborn/infant is now at risk of getting measles. They don't receive first dose of vaccination until 1 year old. That means parents cannot take that child out into the public (daycare, health care, grocery store) without risk of infection. Even maternity wards are not safe for them.

Many outbreaks in health care settings exposed newborns in 2025. Too young to vax, parents had to decide whether to give them the vaccine A YEAR EARLY hoping it would prevent the illness. Newborns won't be safe anywhere, including maternity wards and daycares. Where are those parents rights?

In 2019, farmers lost less than 2025, but got $28B.

Top 1% - 25% of funds - 500K each.
Top 10% - 56% of funds - 200K each.
Bottom 80% - 23% of funds - 9K each.

Expect same here, except bailout is LESS than 1/2 of 2019 amount and losses are TWICE the 2019 amount.

Bottom 80% lucky to get 3K. Not enough to save a farm.

They don't want it to function, except as a tool of a Republican tyrant, a tyrant who is immune from legal consequences and extends that immunity to all agency heads following his orders. There's precedent for this, just not in our Constitution. Rhymes with Gleichschaltung.

One, I don't think they'll get anything. Two, if they do, it won't go to the smaller family-owned farms. Three, the losses are estimated at $50 billion for 2025 alone. Same projection for 2026 (by the way). They're proposal isn't even 1/3 of a band aid. They gave Argentina more, and quicker.

Prob'ly has more to do with Miller and Vought wanting a man in that position - not keen on sharing power with women. Probably pissed she hasn't opened up the prison gates faster/wider to staff ICE. Being fired by her fellow bigots for not being a fella is the kind of medicine she deserves though.

The white religious right is salivating at being next in the throne with all this unchecked power. Things are bad under Trump, but just wait till those fuckers take his place. They're already littered throughout federal and state governments and they've got BIG plans for ALL OF US.

The whole point of doing this at all is that they no longer believe there will ever be another Dem POTUS. They're working in tandem with this administration to achieve that agreed upon goal.

I think most people can't handle the truth. They defer to Orban's Hungary because it's "more palatable." Clearly obvious we're going beyond Orban. Following WWII, many (most) Jews who came to the US found they couldn't talk openly about their experience. Americans didn't want to hear about it.
