This is unconscionable people work hard for their pension and costs are not going down they are going up. Pension alterations leave people who can no longer work or who are coming to the end of their working life vulnerable. The government need to keep their hands off.

Does the Liberals’ 2025 budget hide a pension cut for federal government workers?
CUPE has serious concerns that a hidden pension cut for federal public servants is buried deep in Mark Carney’s Budget 2025.

Ford needs to GO. He should be held personally accountable for any deaths in Ontario due to speeding. His “Traffic Calming Measures” are just a money grab for him to get a kick back. I guess his team were paying too much in speeding tickets. Camera’s work, Ford doesn’t.

Remembrance Day is for ALL Canadian veterans who stand against the tyrants of the world.
In the Canadian war cemetery at Ravenna in Italy there are so many Canadian and Sikh graves. The Sikhs were side by side with the Canadians in the brutal battles through Italy.
They have served with valour in our armed forces.

Welcome to public interest Doug Ford style.
He should at least tell us which members of his cabinet checked out the joint prior to handing over millions that could have been spent on dealing with the small town hospital crisis.

Ford is all talk and no solutions. We should allow Chinese EVs to be sold in Canada and required to be built here (and then unionize them).

With Canada’s auto industry moving south of the border (GM), perhaps Chinese auto makers could be persuaded to build some of their cars or parts here. It could also reduce tariffs on their cars going to the US if they were made in Canada. Win win.

Chinese EV tariffs created '2-front trade war' hurting Prairie canola, pork producers: Kinew | CBC News
Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew is asking the prime minister to scrap Canada's 100 per cent tariff on Chinese electric vehicles in return for China lifting its tariffs on Canadian canola and pork.

We need to drop the EV tax to help our farmers and to help future trade negotiations with China. The US is not a reliable trading partner and we cannot afford to be held hostage by Trump or his henchman mouthpiece Poilievre. We started this trade war with them and now it’s time to end it.

Canada needs to boycott GM. If they are taking their business down south then perhaps we should stop buying their vehicles.

There is a storm of race hatred brewing online.
Blaming refugees. Blaming hard working immigrants.
Don't fall for this kind of shit.
I think of the Syrian families who built the north with passion, hard work.
If your relative spreads hate shit tell them to knock it off.
