She has a number Greyhawk 3E related supplements and MTG cards all with this terrific, bold ink work. She has comic book credits too, and I would describe these portraits as comic-y (complementary). If you're interested, maybe sign up for a workshop with her:

David did a lot of work on pulpy comics. It's a great style. I think all the heavy, inky shadows and lines bring a lot of drama to these faces.

No web presence outside Facebook. Artwork for Dragon Mag's "Elminster's Guide to the Realms" articles is all him so search those up for additional works.

Also ToddLockwood.com where you can see more of his great work. He and Sam both did art for Magic. Sam contributed to a lot of Green Ronin D20 books. Dudes were very "of the time" (complementary)

An "X" shaped scar intersects in the center of her forehead and continues out towards both temples and both cheeks respectively. Her hair is short and messy on top with four long braids draping down around her shoulder and collar. She wears crude looking metal armor and studded "boob" plate over a ratty shirt. A human with large, dark eyes stares directly at the observer. They have matching black lines under each eye high on the cheek. They have a leather circlet with a single round jewel set in it at the center of the forehead and are wearing spiked leathers and a collar. Their hair is black with some white streaks and falls beyond shoulder length behind their back. Two small braids ending in rings hanging from her temples.

It is very much a sign of the times that this was all considered so novel. Playing a dwarf sorcerer then felt subversive.
A square face elf with high cheek bones conjures a wisp of magical energy with her manicured hand. Their voluminous black hair is held back from their face by a hairband styled as two dragons facing each other above their forehead. A similar choker rings their neck and thin chains hang about their collar from the hairband. They have several piercings and around their eyes they have black markings from their temples down to their cheeks. A muscular elf warrior woman grips the haft of a polearm with both hands. Her hair is buzzed short save for a long ponytail that arches through several clips until it hangs loose and wild to her lower back. She has leather "gladiator" armor with a bladed arm guard on her left arm and a leather face mask that frames her face and drops down across her forehead and nose. A sword hilt can be seen hanging from her waist. A half-orc bard hold the head of a four stringed instrument and gives an aloof smile. He has a large, square jaw flanked by bushy side burns. He wears a studded leather skullcap with a neck protector that hangs to his embroidered shirt.

The illustration on these are superb, and seem to be some of Ted Beargeon's earliest credited work. He went on to do a ton of excellent video game concept art, art. No Blue sky account I could find but you can see more of his work here:

The handle of an unseen weapon protrudes from behind his shoulder with a dragon head pommel. A bearded human or dwarf with a bulbous nose in a skullcap helm holds a drinking horn and looks side eye at the observer. The cap has two black crow wings bolted to its flank and two crow feet at its crown. He wears a crow skull amulet and a small drip of drink hangs from his lip. A man in a chain spangen helm holds a morning star horizontally in front of him and stares forward. His eyes are bright and his mustache extends in two fine points downward to his breast. The helmet has two runes and a pointed top. A high collar from his breastplate encircles the rear and sides of his neck.

Love the majority of the portraits from Baker's gallery and used most of them at some point. Only a few truly questionable choices (that morningstar feels a bit like an after thought). Couldn't find any other credited work. Possible that he has a lot of uncredited stuff in all the early D20 OGL glut

An elf with shoulder length black hair blowing in the wind. They have thin eyebrows and small eyes staring directly at the observer. They are wearing some sort of strapped top held by a center brooch below their neck. They are holding an odd looking morning star on a very short haft.
