Well yes :) The TV I plugged it into had about 10,000 times the processor speed and about 1,000,000 times the RAM. It couldn't play Attack of the Mutant Camels though ;)

I managed to get my Vic20 up and running recently, but it was a massive faff, and involved buying lots of bits of eBay

That was the classic LibDem strategy under Paddy Ashdown: "We *will* raise income tax by 1p, but we're going to spend it on education"

I can't find it quickly, but I have read research that specific tax rises tied to specific spending is (relatively) popular.

Possibly a bit late for this lot tho'

Our postman collects parcels from us (included in the price of postage) if we book it online. We've been using it for the last 12 months and haven't visited a post box or post office for a parcel once in that time
