My house has been on the market for 42 days. Almost immediately, I started getting lowball offers from "investors"...however, when I checked the mail yesterday, I got a mailer from a Keller Williams realtor offering the sale of a house just a street over from me. LOL! All in the same boat, I guess.

I went to Jack-in-the-Box for the first time in YEARS. I ordered and pulled up to the window. The kind lady said, "we're making your food fresh. Please pull around to the front." I did. When I got the food, it was warm indicating that it was not "fresh"... i just chuckled about it. Dif definitions!
