The Mr. Friend level in Rugrats: Search for Reptar on PS1. Also the level with the aliens. I think that game was just made to mess with babies.

blu-ray.com does reviews of video and audio quality on most releases, although sometimes their reviews can overlook details, like Ocean's Thirteen's grain removal or Silence of the Lamb's incorrect colors on the Kino Lorber 4K. The user reviews and forum posts can pick up the slack.
