I’m totally up for that! 🚀
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 3 will begin streaming on July 17 on Paramount+!

"Season 3 takes characters both new and beloved to new heights, and dives into thrilling adventures of faith, duty, romance, comedy, and mystery, with varying genres never before seen on any other 'Star Trek.'"

#TheLastOfUs is doing great, but for me, the real standout in apocalyptic sci-fi this week is The Eternaut. Definitely worth checking out!

I love these silicon valley bros that think ChatGPT has achieved some kind of sentience and therefore might have rights.

Like dudes, you don't even think poor people deserve rights, let's try to achieve that before giving person-hood to the autocomplete algorithm.

Despite being know for his supernatural horror novels, one of my favorites Stephen King’s novels is The Running Man. Very thrilling and thought provoking dystopia. #booksky

“The crying sounded even louder out of doors. It was as if all the pain in the world had found a voice.
It is when suffering finds a voice and sets our nerves quivering that this pity comes troubling us.”

“Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past.”
So relevant in our era of (dis)information.
It's probably (it's definitely) a bad sign I felt compelled to re-read 1984. That said, it still slaps. Yes, it's infuriating RWNJs have adopted it without understanding it but at least that serves as a pure example of doublethink. This graphic novel edition was a 'fun' way to reabsorb its insights.
