Hey @espn.com if you think I’m going to shell out whatever TF you’re charging for “all of ESPN” just so I don’t have to use my vpn to watch the last few F1 races? No. You get my YTTV money or nothing. (ESPN+ not withstanding, that’s fine.)

What helped me (besides medication) was getting a therapist with ADD experience. There was a lot of baggage to unpack in my head (variations on “laziness is a sin”), and internalizing that ADD is a biological fact, not a character flaw, helped me a lot.

Also finding the right meds.

Maybe by then we’ll know about Ted Lasso s4? 🙃
