Peppino leans on his restaurant counter with a hand looking at his UNO cards with a dull expression. Noise stares at his, with a leg crossed over another on the stool at the counter. He asks Peppino, "Do you think we know each otha' in every universe?"

Peppino takes his hand away from his face. "Huh?" Noise sets his cards down and clarifies with a smile, "Y'know! If another universe was out there, and we both existed innit, would we know each otha'?"

Peppino pauses to think. Various "universes" pass through his head:
One where Noise is a pomeranian and Peppino is a cat. Peppino's hissing and swiping at Noise.
Another where The Noise is The Annoying Orange, while Peppino is Apple. Noise Orange says, "hey apple".
A thought includes Peppino as a fat bee landing on a flower, and Noise as a wasp, flying above him cheekily.
A cameo of Sugary Spire's Pizzano and Pizzelle appear. Pizzano holds Pizzelle under his arm while looking in the distance with a crazed grin. Pizzelle holds a blank expression.
There's one where Peppino is an angel, holding a bible and shaking his fist at Noise, who's a little devil with a pitchfork, cheekily smiling with a half-lidded look.
One shows Peppino as a torch and The Noise as a lamp.
Another shows Noise as Mexican tequila, angrily staring at Peppino, who is red wine in a wine glass, being picked up by a white hand. Peppino looks a little smug.
Finally, is Peppino in his outfit from Secrets of The World, holding Noise in his Halloween costume, which is a rabbit. They're mimicking Sam and Max.

Peppino smiles as he holds his cards with both hands, saying, "Santa cielo, I hope not." Noise leans in with a grin, questioning, "Then why're you smiling?"

The accosting person says "Debate me no-". They are cut off by the person in the trans shirt saying "No thank you!" as lasers shoot from their eyes, exploding the head of the other character in a cartoonish fashion.
