I spotted an advert for parkyoga.co starting near my home parkrun at Storeys Field, Cambridge. I don’t think locations are that widespread (yet).

Social media barely existed when I last did London and I would have insufferable wankered the hell out of it! Hope the training continues to go well, but I know if I purchased that T-shirt I’d get injured the very next day! 😂

The replacement for Epworth Equestrian is rumoured to be a ‘V’ which will make life easier!

He is, yes; this was the year where he finally, and then consistently beat me- it was inevitable… now he paces me to my PBs rather than the other way around! 👍🏼
