Great job by the team at Ben’s Yard, Ely this morning. When Ben’s Yard opened a while back I walked there with the dog and immediately thought ‘this is a parkrun waiting to happen’! Weather was top notch, the course great- well done to everyone involved in setting it up. #parkrun #loveparkrun

On the way to Sutton Hoo, popped into Chilton Fields- great #parkrun 2.9 laps with varied surfaces and some twists and turns. Dog had a ball! #barkrun #loveparkrun #blueskyrunning

Less pace and more chat at parkrun today, rewarded with both, position and stopwatch bingo. Last time I went to Milton Country parkrun I fell flat in a puddle… so nice to finish today upright and without bloody knees! #parkrun #loveparkrun

Ran a 10k on NYEve so my body wasn’t working this morning, and the weather gods wiped out Cambridge parkruns again, but Huntingdon did the business and had an enjoyable muddy slide to start the year! #parkrun #loveparkrun

Another blowy parkrun, another Country park. 53 different location at Brixworth Country parkrun- cracking route along the lake, and then through the parkland to finish with a couple of sneaky hills. Heavy legs for me; 5th place for my offspring. #parkrun #loveparkrun

A while back now, but we did Rutland Water parkrun in the most horrendous weather; absolutely loved it! Perhaps one for @rachdhd.bsky.social to consider for a bsky meet-up as it’s quite central. #parkrun #loveparkrun

Filled a gap in the voronoi map this morning with a lovely trip to Bedford parkrun. 2.5 laps, tarmac (and wet leaves 🍂) all the way round + top notch support around the course. Cheeky incline x3 caught me out a tad but happy with that run. #parkrun #loveparkrun
