I've started a smaller project and it's been rewrite after rewrite after rewrite and I STILL feel like it's not quite "it".

Suffice to say I am STILL making videos. But I don't have a timeline for when new content will be released.

Thanks for bearing with me and staying along for the ride.

*by "media project" I mean a literal physical event taking place at a location that I could have driven to visit, had I known of its existence before the event closed down.

Both everything and nothing about this long-term project is working out in 2025. But I'm still plodding away at it when I can.

It's kinda funny though.

On one hand, this document will Over-Explain so many subjects! But then it'll throw out a term like "head-end" and be like, "Yeah, you know what that is. Moving the heck on!", despite literally having a section about Head-Ends. The term NEVER gets explained?!

It's one of those Official Gov Docs kinda things, so I'm gonna need to re-read this thing, like, 3x (at a minimum) just to ensure I kinda understand this shit and know how it works with my current/future projects.

So I might release a review as the next project, something "simpler" and faster. I'm not sure what that review will be at this point, but at this point I want to get SOMETHING released before this break becomes some kind of unplanned year-long hiatus.

It's already taken 4 months to get to this point with all the research and everything else I've worked on with the project up to this point. I feel bad not having released ANYTHING so far for 2025, and this project is just taking longer and longer.

I do still want to do this project, but I think this will just be this year's "long term project", something worked on in the background of all the other projects, releasing whenever I'm finally able to get everything done instead of being the Front and Center project.

Unfortunately it looks like that app may only support short form content. Most of my content, especially these days, is between 10 minutes and an hour long. (Either way, a bit too long for that platform.)

I appreciate the suggestion, though.

Already was having a rough day. Well this is cruddy news.

I thought I was in the home-stretch of researching for this video, but APPARENTLY NOT!

I swear, this is gonna be one of those videos where part of the intro/extro is just me being like "I hope you enjoy this because WHAT THE HELL WAS THIS RESEARCH?"

Seriously! This policy paper is referenced 20 different ways to Sunday and I still cannot find a way to get to the actual, original source, itself.
I have the full title, when and by whom the paper was published, but all I can (seemingly) dig up is just reference upon reference upon reference! WTH?!

I've already covered a little bit of it in a previous video I made, but not a lot of it. So technically, I could take away one small part of the video and link to the one I made previously about that topic.
But then I still have to decide about another, related topic I COULD cover, or split up.

I've not seen anyone on YouTube really talk about this, so I think it should be an interesting thing once I'm able to gather all of the information needed to write this script and film it.

I'll see if I can find archived info, but I'd love if information would match up and be consistent.

Anyways, all that to say, I'm still alive and still here, researching for videos. I know I said I'd post every month, but video ideas have grown larger than I first thought. So I think it's going to be a bit more of a "post when things are ready" schedule moving forward.
