The three things are image filters done by the VI. I don't know if the dedither is done before the AA but the horizontal blur that everyone removes is done last.

The 32-bit mode seems to both remove color quantization and the dedither VI filter. They could make an option to make those separate if somebody wants the raw dithered pixels.
