If scientists had it their way this is how dinosaurs would look

A year ago today I almost weighed 300 pounds. My daughter Laila survived major heart surgery that motivated me to live longer. For over 6 months now I’ve maintained my life long goal weight of 200 pounds. I continue to eat and lift optimally. For the first time I actually love myself.
