Kids, dogs, music, video games, sports, cooking and coding, pretty much in that order. Residing in OMA, but my heart is in KC.
OK, Trapp as Killer Croc got me to snort-laugh.

What kind of post? The ones where I point out the release of The Downward Spiral is closer to the Kennedy assassination than today? Or that Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is closer to the Carter presidency than today? Or that Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness is closer to the moon landing than today?
This type of post should be illegal

I’ve read nothing but glowing reviews so far, even from hard-core fans like Nadia Oxford, so I’m hoping you’re right. I don’t have much time to play it at the moment, but I’m thinking I should go ahead and buy it anyway, just so the accountants at Square see my enthusiasm for the series.

Saw you picked up the remastered. Made any progress yet? Or the sick kiddo slow slowing you down?

I last played the first two a couple years ago (on iOS maybe?) and enjoyed the simplicity of them. There was a challenge and grinding, yes, but you just gotta fight the monsters and get the quest items

I’ve listened to enough episodes of insert credit to be *shocked* that you’re old enough to have worked at Circuit City and K-Mart.

My kid was watching Jeopardy the other night and for a second I actually thought it was you.

It’ll take just a few minutes and I guarantee it’ll make their day. Maybe yours too, if you haven’t had enough gratitude in your life.

I personally feel like it’s number two, we had a viewing last year after not watching it since probably the 2000s and it has not held up. But whatever, I’m not here to yuck anybody’s yum.
