Late winter is the popular request! I wasn’t feeling like I could do this next year because I am organizing two other REALLY BIG events but someone approached me & said she‘d do the fundraising, booking & marketing if I share my files & contacts with her. Which is awesome, hoping that works out. 💪

It’s both a blessing and a curse, yeah?

This morning I wrote an email that began “Dear friends at the LCC” (to our Local Cultural Council) and then immediately started singing *the Gourds version* “so much drama in LBC / it’s kinda hard being Snoop D-O double G“ 🤦‍♀️

WOW. This was worth reading through old posts for, I’m glad I have you in a little list that made it possible for me to find this after time away. Just WOW. Brings back a lot for me and I always knew the feels and truths about it but seeing it through the eyes of an adult is still eye opening. HUGS.

"Back" - poem lantern #4 of 12

Each lantern represents one section of a prose poem, the text of which appears throughout the artwork as texture & post-textual material.
