Who can I follow here that is funny or entertaining, or insightful. Or is this platform just politi-posting

Friend just confirmed via text she's putting her cat down and Apple Intelligence just suggested I respond "haha I feel you."

The Weeknd has been writing the same song about being vaguely sad about a relationship for the past 15 years.

At a certain point just go to therapy my dude. That’s on you.

With LLMs shouldn't it be possible to build an easy intent filter on any social media.

I should be able to write "don't show me any content about [xyz]" to whatever specificity I want, and have the algorithm filter it out for me.

Things are moving fast. I’m hearing reports that Drake has been arrested, presumably for protesting the Canada tariffs. It’s unclear why he was protesting them at a high school though

Arguing that Beyonce should not have won country album of the year is dumb, it was a good country album and one of the other nominees was Post Malone 😂.

Now Cowboy Carter winning AOTY over Sabrina, Brat, and Chappell Roan is crazy.

Also, crazy that Andre and Jacob Collier were nominated.

I honestly believe our most powerful position in a toxic time that feeds on cynicism, apathy,& despair is to genuinely care and act for a better world.

Cynicism is our enemy. We should check it, incl. on the left. It’s not intellectually superior. It’s the virus they’re trying to infect us with. NO

I think the media can sometimes over blow things Trump says... but holy shit blaming the plane crash on DEI and dwarves was just an insane take.

What is the purpose of allowing large brands to make social media profiles on bsky.

Would it not be more profitable to ban this, only allow real humans, and then force brands to pay for ad space?

The CEO of Nintendo should be able to have a profile, but why does Nintendo need a profile.

With today's advancement in AI, it should be possible to create a social media feed that prioritizes "authentic and insightful content", while actively discouraging content that is engineered for growth.

I don’t get the obsession with people tracking water intake and trying to maximize it.

Are there actually real health benefits? Or are yall just peeing clear 10x a day.

Sleep tracker apps can be really insightful. Especially interesting to see alchohol effects. I had 3 beers last night, and slept for 9 hours. My sleep metrics were lower than if I had drank nothing and slept 6.

It’s not 100% accurate I don’t feel awful today, but definetly more tired than expected

GenZ is somehow simultaneously the most communist anti-establishment generation possible, while simultaneously defending the most corporate b.s. like their life depended on it.

You got entire personalities based on defending the most commercial pop music possible.

Great article love this quote

I made a conscious decision to never talk shit about anyone—not even in my thoughts. This wasn't about ignoring problems… unless I could meaningfully address an issue, I wouldn’t focus on it.

If you aren’t posting content like this get of my feed.
CAT POEM

Most cats have floof
(including beneath)
With fiercely sharp claws
And pointy white teeth

They push things off tables
And like catnip treats
They have cute li'l beans
On their fuzzy small feets

They barf on the rug
And shred all your stuff
But a cat in my lap?
I can’t get enough

Might approach this app as just a journal for random thoughts?

I don’t really get the Twitter model? Is that a valid use?

Being more diligent on this platform to just block nonsense immediately when I see it.

Will that result in a better algorithm... or will I eventually just get nothing? 😅

How can I set this app up so that I only see posts about regular interesting things in peoples lives.

I don’t wan constant negativity about politics, or bad opinions about the state of the world.
