So it seems 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿gov is going with the Inner Court's obiter in FWS-v-🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿gov that we're not women without a GRC, contrary to ECHR Goodwin, meaning, us not being in the room, if UKSC rubber stamps it too & we don't appeal to ECHR then we can lose our workable passports & driving licenses…
