This is one of my most important Field Notes (TM) notebooks. It contains food and exercise logs. Mostly food. I was using it at a time when I was struggling to lose weight, even though I was exercising *A LOT* It helped lead me to a doctor and eventually diagnosis of an autoimmune condition

That is not the case, obviously. DEI, for example, is not itself illegal.
