Maybe it's about perspective, if you care about it a lot then there has to be some kind of joy behind it. Something deep inside enjoys coming out onto the page. That's what I've discovered about myself, even if I don't always notice it.

My dad tried to get my into the scarier stuff but Event Horizon was a step too far and I was scarred 🤣. But I did love a good slasher film, I think spirits were more frightening to me than guys with knives.

I love this movie. I would watch it all the time as a kid, the owl always scared me though 😆
