Dark Comedy & Myth bending fantasy writer.
Making gods laugh, and kings cry.
I write with teeth, a grin, and a few tears.
If it doesn't hurt a little, it won't stick.
Those days where your brain won't focus on writing sure are a bitch...

Tuesday motivation:
You don’t need a perfect plan to take the next step. You need honesty. You need discipline. And sometimes, you just need to stop overthinking. Build the thing. Write what’s in your heart. Take the shot.

I hate self checkout:
“Please place item in the bagging area.” The self-checkout machine demands.
Scott mutters to himself.
“Please place item in the bagging area.”
He shifts the jar half an inch.
“Unexpected item in the bagging area.”
“Are you kidding me!?” Scott breathes exasperated.

My Manifesto
I write to bleed, laugh, and find my way out.
These aren’t just stories. They’re my demons, my love, my goddamn truth.
You’ll remember me, maybe just as a whisper. But you’ll remember it.

What’s your writer manifesto?

As the drinks flow, and the midnight oil runs, a gentle reminder:

Don’t let the silence scare you.
Not the silence after you hit publish.
Not the silence when no one replies.
Not the silence when you wonder if it even matters.
Keep writing for yourself.

Here's a small sample of Scott's Infernal Comedy.
Beneath the floorboards of reality. Neon signs read "Chaos" and "Abandon All Hope".
A man watches Scott on a TV, his hands raised to the sky.
He takes a sip of a can labeled 'Despair (Diet)'.
"You poor delusional bastard." He grins

Jung, shadow work, and Iron John gave me a path. Writing became my voice. My first novella follows Scott, a man who believes God saved him, but he's actually caught in a divine chess match between Heaven and Hell.
If you want to find out the sin behind the sermon, stick around!
