A recent study in the NZVJ finds that NZ has comparatively low levels of #AntimicrobialResistance in bacteria from canine and feline urinary tract samples. AMR is however increasing in some commonly found bacterial species.

A new survey-based study published in the NZVJ found that NZ-trained veterinarians and those with < 20 years experience were less likely to discuss and offer chemotherapy for their small animal patients.
