ME: If you want to rage quit and refresh so badly just let the Fn key at the bottom modify the keys right there which are already numbered! Fn is short for function. It's confusing that it doesn't already work that way by default.

ME: I reluctantly remapped caps lock to escape for vim when I got a touchbar macbook in 2019 and it pissed me off for a bit on principle but it turns out apple was right. we don't fucking need them.
