Great Egret over Cullernose Point this afternoon. A couple of hours on the coastal path between Howick and Craster were just the tonic after a prolonged bout of Covid. Also a single Fieldfare in off and 5 Whoopers south (2ad 3 juv) #NEbirding

Alerted to this Peregrine at Cullernose Point after all the Curlew left the fields. Nice to have it hang in the wind above me before it powered off low over the fields. #NEbirding #UKbirding

The Druridge Bay Country Park White-billed Diver as it departed overhead at 11.20 yesterday. Watched it take off and do a lap of the lake and fly out to sea over our heads. Hence the rushed, blurred record pic 🙄#nebirding
