While we know Kilmar Abrego Garcia is still subject to our broken immigration system that republican members of Congress refuse to fix in a humane and meaningful way, it is great to hear he will be reunited with his family while awaiting trial

The announcement today to keep the FBI in DC undermines the funding already appropriated by Congress for the site in Greenbelt MD. We will continue to work with our Federal Delegation to ensure that the FBI headquarters are in MD in a space that is secure and appropriate for our federal officers
