It's actually kinda creative, in a terrible, fraud kind of way...

Found one by accident (it came up in a search for the one you posted):

Update: Most of the contents seem to have been moved to "Expanding Collaboration & Engagement at IEEE" www.ieee.org/about/collab...

However, it seems that IEEE no longer "is committed to advancing diversity in the technical profession, and to promoting an inclusive and equitable culture [...]"

Hey #IEEE, can you explain where your "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at IEEE" page went?!

Last week, it was still linked on the front page.

Now: It's gone, and the old link goes to "We are sorry, the page you are looking for has been moved or removed."

I think this is one of the worst cases of machine-"paraphrased" nonsense I've seen yet. This goes beyond #TorturedPhrases and straight into incomprehensible gibberish.

A bit late to the party, but I found these five sets (I only looked at the left side; I'm sure there's more):

Yep, I got those too. Both the $49 AI-generated "Media Kit" and the $89 "unique article poster" that's also mentioned in the linked article:

Same spots as in pubpeer.com/publications...
Could that be some sort of dirt on the lens or something (not my field), or did they reuse the same image background?

Wow, good catch! You're absolutely right.

(Purple is from the Alrowaili paper, after vertical and horizontal stretching. Green is from the Naim one.)

I see the reviewers have been reading this article very carefully...

I don't have any new duplicates to offer, but I can confirm that the white spots seem to be pasted in.

For now, let's start with some of my favorite tortured phrases. These were found in "scientific" articles on machine learning, signal processing, and medicine. Can anyone decipher them without context?
