These timelines make no sense to me. Why did almost nothing get done during this shutdown? Why would it be different in the lead up to Jan 31? Especially with some things funded for the full fiscal year bsky.app/profile/whit...
The January 30 CR date gives appropriators time to do that, and the three little bills in the CR get that started.
