These Doctor Who budget cuts are out of control.

Fans of the London cable car will be familiar with its themed events and special ticket prices.

Meanwhile, on the Silvertown cycle shuttle as a special Halloween experience in October, they’re leaving the lights turned off in the saloon. Spooky.

However, the bit I liked has now gone. The tab count feature on the dishwasher itself has disappeared!

This future is crap. Half a mind to start a tally in dry-wipe marker on the front of the dishwasher.

(current tablet count ~176!!)

This is a pretty average chunk of the video essay.

Specifically, I will sleep like this log.

You’d think this would be a fairly simply one for an AI to parse but no.

Admittedly it’s not just a problem for computers that adding a mention of QGIS leads them to spiral off and forget things.

The great thing about cycling to work is you can avoid being stuck on a bus in a traffic ja- oh.

Post a random picture or else everything will go bad in September.

Yes. There’s a bit of a delay as the form loads - and then I’ve had trouble when in places with slow network. Also, is there any way of not having a cookie prompt on the login?

Although, top marks for Leverpol Street.

The AI age is creating even worse map duvet covers than usual. Bonus incredible photoshop on the blanket at the end.

One day I’ll write a proper essay about how if modern capitalism can’t make me a nice map duvet cover, it’s pointless.

Just as long as Karl keeps up his cycling activism.

Memo to self: every so often just wander around london on a bike as a tourist. But remember to smile next time.

Excited by the launch of Corbyn and Sultana's What's Your Party?, hope they get Sylvester McCoy in for the conference.

A sampling of recent Silvertown Road Tunnel cycle shuttle loadings. It’s actually quite rare I get it to myself.

Some trips like the lime bike here with a parcel look more like short utility trips.

Looking forward to TfL’s comprehensive qualitative analysis of the service and the uses of it... 🧐

BBC will no longer broadcast “high risk” performances.

Oh. They’ve come back to help!

We’re going to need a bigger bus! (or maybe a tunnel).
Seven cycles on this shuttle through the Silvertown Road Tunnel.

Only had my little tub pond sorted out for a few weeks and already it has at least two frogs in it. #winning

Really proud of all the little household jobs I’ve got done this weekend.

It might not look it, but this Silvertown Tunnel cycle shuttle is half full. Although two (including me) had just missed the previous bus by about thirty seconds.

Half full means four non-folding two wheel cycles in this case but if a cargo cycle or trike boarded capacity goes from 8 to 5 or 6.

There’s actually plenty of land at this location to replace it with a ramp that meets TfL guidance, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for it to be improved.

This Cycleway is actually parking for the link tunnel maintenance building that has been repurposed. There’s a terrible ramp to left.

Meanwhile, on Cycleway 3 - an unsuitable gradient for cycling.
(Which is caused entirely by having to cross the Limehouse Link Tunnel, another project that failed at walking, cycling and public transport)
