Last week I shared this extensive analysis of how recent changes to the Threads algorithm have essentially shadowbanned my content there—and how this is exactly what happened to my Facebook page in Aug 2018.
I compared 22 identical climate-related posts on Threads vs Bluesky over the last 3 months, and the difference is shocking.

Normalized engagement on Threads dropped nearly 2/3 + my following dropped, while Bluesky engagement held steady + following quadrupled.

Every time I preach and preside, in the prayer with liturgical leaders before the service begins, I ask God to overlook our errors and give us Christ’s peace. I find just acknowledging to everyone up front that things will go wrong but we’re covered by grace helps me.

This is unprecedented in its thoroughness and transparency, for sure in the last ten years and possibly in the entire life of the Episcopal Church
