I have to say, the turkey was absolutely amazing. Seasoning and glaze made by my Son & it made a huge difference.

Bird is on the big egg. First time using a Meater probe so therefore I am unnecessarily anxious. Plenty of sweet chestnut smoke though.

I do love classic hifi components. Got my hands on an Arcam amp yesterday and, oh my word, the difference is off the chart. Absolutely superb bit of kit.

The best thing about shift work is that every 4 weeks I can enjoy a lazy Sunday knowing I don't have to be work until Monday night. Roast chicken on the bbq, afternoon beers followed by evening wine. Bliss.
