I can't understand why Howe persisted with Gordon in the second half. We ended up shoehorning him into the calamatous formations switches. He takes too many touches and lacks the finess needed to be a reliable threat against low blocks (or similarly quick opponents). Been that way all season. #nufc

Feels like much more than an ‘off night’ that. Still big issues in the final third, big players not performing and ineffective substitutions. The owners looking at that - do they give Howe more money in Jan?
