Dian - she/her A reserved woman in her 20s, often misunderstood for her lack of expression, so oftentimes is assumed to be weaker than her peers, however she does take that as an advantage to strategically train on weaker try-hards and train her monster - Nyx. Imagine like grinding a really weak Pokemon in earlier routes cuz the type matchup and/or movepool sucks? Yeah, but except Nyx hasn't realized it's potential... yet. In the reference her head is slightly downwards, looking at the camera through her bangs, one hand clentched, another - grabbing onto her bag's strap. She has a quite sharp stare and doesn't trust people at first at all. Nyx - any pronouns Nyx is a native creature of the planet (where these OCs are on) and Dian's trustworthy bestie who's overly worried whenever Dian's in a dangerous situation and is usually the reason why they'd survive through certain adventures. In the reference Nyx is depicted as a really silly goofy happy 'colon capital d' :D face. Its arms right before the hands begin are wide, saggy and very soft. Think of it like a cooling thing during hot days. Its neck 'fur' is black/dark blueish and spread out like long spiky triangles around the neck, however on the back they go down and extend all the way down the back and that 'tail' is used to help the species with navigation and direction. It can also wag. Zeo - she/her Slightly muscular masc lady also in her 20s, who's constantly training and working out and in pursuit of getting stronger, both physically and mentally. Very good with repairing and fixing machineries and can somewhat work around with tech. She also loves to dye her hair bring blue. In the reference she's standing, one hand in her pocket, another behind her head like scratching her head. She also has her natural hair growing out but that's the length it usually goes before she redyes her hair. Lumin - any pronouns Lumin is also a monster/creature and is Zoe's best bud and a training bro. Those two do all their training together and sometimes Zoe gets to fighting the human trainers herself lol. Unlike Nyx who'd be worried for their trainer, Lumin uses that opportunity to see how much stronger Zoe has gotten. They both kinda enabling each other, but usually Lumin's the one to be responsible about it. He just loves fighting as a whole. Aside of fighting Lumin is also very curious about the world and finds new things to learn about. In the reference Lumin extends its arm towards something in a curious manner! Ref sheet for Nyx Bipedal orange creature with two sets of giant ears with black endings. On its face a thin black mask fur goes around the head. Underneath another two sets of ears with black endings come out. The muzzle is creamy color, extending downwards right before the belly ends. Around the neck a black fur grows out as big long spikes, on the back that fur extends further to the ground, looking like a cut in half cape. The cape is the tail and helps the species with directions. The arms are soft and get wider right before the hands start with some cooling mechanics being built into the body. In the middle of the widest point of the arm there extends a black, curvy stripe separating the orange fur from the creamy one. Their claws can retract. The baby/pre-evolution is half the size of it's evolved counterpart, giant head with big green bug eyes, 4 antennas growing out of the head, similar to the evolved one. The arms are much more delicate and also are widened until the hands start. Lumin reference sheet Lumin is a different from Nyx's species, who's body is more specified for close ranged fights and fast running. It's primary body color is lighter brown, with creamy chest and belly fur, extending all the way underneath the tai. The dark brown on the arms, legs and face are more latexy by the texture to trap the heat to not get too cold. The pawpads are light blue and are separated into 4 pieces - 2 smaller on the top, 2 bigger on the bottom. From the head 3 sets of thin ears come out with dark brown tips. The baby form however is only capable to dig and burrow itself for defense - its arms start from around the neck area is and the big claws are really good for digging. The eyes and paw pads are baby blue and instead of 3 sets it's only 2 half rounded ears coming out.

A bit more on SnailJail; it's my RPG Maker MV project I'm working on just to see if I'm able to make anything in it
So far I'm trying to figure out how to actually make a game, but in the meantime been making concept arts
slug: 'What the hell?' snail: 'This is fucked up.' the slug is experiencing horrors beyond its comprehension, the rest may be as well Press (x) to Slime Battle scene concept idea, might be subject of change Attack animation ideas Cattie the caterpillar is a tank, snero (snail hero, as in protag) is a support, Slancha (placeholder name) the slug is a rogue and Wilbert the worm is the wild card (I think his only move was to do anything random, sorta like Metronome in Pokemon, and that's all he can do really)
