I don't know. They were BBC programmes so you may find them in iPlayer if you have access to it. "What are we feeding our kids?" (title doesn't fully reflect the message IMO) and "Irresistible"

It's on my list! I have seen the two programmes he did in relation to it and they were illuminating. I've read and heard, and shared, many things regarding UPFs (mainly negative) but the episodes 'brought it home' so to speak! #AlwaysCheckIngredients
