Is anyone watching Jamie Oliver's Eat Yourself Healthy series? I love that he is spreading the word about the importance of #nutrition for the body and mind, and giving people lovely, colourful, simple recipes. My only concern is - are the ingredients too expensive for the current climate?

It's a long time since I've been to North Wales. It used to be a day-trip when I was a child. Last week I spent the week camping with my family. A lovely area with so much to see and do (including lots of steps in those castles!)

At weekend I learned about gravity and momentum. My conclusion? Pavements are hard and hurt!

Thankfully just bruises and scrapes for me, but I don't recommend anyone repeat the experiment - look where you are going especially when you know there is a trip hazard present 🤦‍♀️

I don't want to use this as a whinge-platform but I need to highlight my dismay at Eion Colfer's Artemis Fowl and the Lost Colony. A child's reading book that has a human character repeated threatening others with a knive. This is wrong and should never be normalised. #StopKnifeCrime #Children
