If a pedestrian is hit by a driver going 30km/hr, they have a 90% chance of survival. Go to 50km/hr your chances plummet to 20%. 60 km/hr and you are down to zero! ASEs are proven to be effective in slowing drivers and getting compliance on speed limits.

To be clear, at no point have I ever commented on the mental health of the deceased, incl in this process. That is your false interpretation from reading the IC’s correspondence and I would ask you to retract the assertion with respect to the deceased.
